Root veg bake

Over the coming months I hope to be sharing some yummy recipes with you that are free from almost all common and not-so-common allergens and which are also very nutritious!  They are also all made in such quantities that you don’t need to worry about cooking for a few days.  Figuring out what to make your allergic kid can be really hard and the recipes I’ll post up will hopefully help you with that.  You can also share them with friends and family who haven’t a clue what to cook for you when you come over!

Here is a root veg bake I made this evening (I just noticed that our seed sprouter is in the background, behind the colander with spinach,-our first batch of seeds is sprouting in there.  Apparently sprouted seeds are the most nutritious form of a plant and hopefully Adam will have fun eating them!).
